- Age Relaxation applicable as per IBPS / Government rules.
- Office Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent + proficiency in local language.
- Officer Scale-I: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent + proficiency in local language. Preference may be given to candidates having relevant Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy etc. degrees.
- Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks + 2 years experience as an officer in a Bank / Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II Specialist: Relevant qualification for IT Officer, CA, Law Officer, Treasury Manager, Marketing Officer and Agriculture Officer along with required experience.
- Officer Scale-III: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks + minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank / Financial Institution.
