- Candidate Odisha ka permanent resident hona chahiye ya Odia language bolna, padhna aur likhna aana chahiye (M.E. standard pass).
- Age Limit (as on 28.08.2026): Minimum 21 Years & Maximum 42 Years.
- Age Relaxation: SC / ST / SEBC / Women candidates ke liye 5 years relaxation.
- PwD candidates ke liye 10 years relaxation.
- Contractual Radiographers (OSH&FW) ke liye upper age limit 45 years hai.
- Candidate ne +2 Science Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha ya equivalent pass kiya ho.
- Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) ya Bachelor in Medical Radiation Technology (BMRT) qualification honi chahiye.
- Radiographers Council me registration hona anivarya hai.

- Apni personal details, educational qualifications aur category details ko correctly enter karein.
- Photograph, Signature aur DMRT/BMRT certificate & council registration upload karein.
- District preferences (3 choices) choose karein.
- Applicable application fee online mode me pay karein.
- Form final submit karne ke baad confirmation page ka printout nikal kar safe rakhein.
